Synopsis

Sam Vives is a "Displacer", one of the few people with the ability to travel through time and whose job it is to make sure history turns out how it should. The trouble is he doesn't know that yet. He thinks he is just a normal fifteen year-old boy who lives with his family in Barcelona. However, when he suddenly finds himself fighting for his life on a ship during Blackbeard's reign in the heyday of piracy, he begins to suspect that he might not be so normal after all. Book 1 of the five part "Displacers" time travel series.
