Now in its fourth year, in 2026 this new category supported by The Book Stars will celebrate THE BEST BOOK FOR ADAPTATION. Over the next 12 months, there will be 5 projects and from each 1 book will be shortlisted for the final event and a 2nd placed runner up will be recognised by the panel. The selected 5 winners will then be presented at the festival to find our AWARD WINNER. The Judges may select additional books as honourable mentions at their discretion.

Each phase has a deadline for submissions, you can enter as many books as you like in as many phases as you wish, each will be judged independently.

THE FEE OF £22 IS PER BOOK PER PHASE.
